During the lifting process, the permanent magnetic lifter(also called lifting magnet) is mainly used to connect the lifted work-piece(e. g. in combination with steel wire electric hoist and electric chain hoist). In docks, warehouses, factories and transportation fields, permanent lifting magnets are widely used. Working Principle Of Permanent Magnetic Lifter/lifting Magnet
Neodymium powerful magnet is used inside the magnetic elevator. Neodymium magnet can produce very strong magnetic force in the magnetic circuit. Turn the handle over to change the magnetic line of force to make the permanent magnetic lifter in the working position or closed state. The strong lifting magnets not need electricity and is a safe, energy-saving and efficient lifting tool.
When the permanent lifting magnet is in the working state, a pair of longitudinal magnetic poles are formed on its bottom surface, and then the steel parts are firmly adsorbed, and there are V-shaped grooves on the bottom surface. Therefore, it can not only lift the plate-shaped work-piece, but also lift the circular work-piece. For the permanent magnet lifter, there are strict requirements for the thickness and area of the lifted plate. Use Methods of Permanent Lifting Magnets(Magnetic Liter)
Clean the surface of the lifted work-piece, then lift the lifting magnet so that its center line coincides with the center line of the work-piece, then place the lifting magnet on the working plane, and rotate the handle from "-" to "+" until it reaches the stop bolt. Finally, make sure it locks automatically before lifting.
Keep the groove in straight contact with the workpiece if use the permanent magnetic lifter to lift round work-piece, because the lifting force is only 30% - 50% of the rated lifting force.
After the lifting operating is completed, push the handle button inward and rotate the handle from "+" to "-" until the pin stops. Keep the strong permanent lifting magnet disconnected and make the work-piece separated from the lifting magnet.
Safety Instruction For Permanent Magnetic Lifter
During the use of the permanent magnetic lifter, it should avoid hitting its contact surface, so as not to affect its performance and service life. When not in use, protect the bottom surface of the powerful lifting magnet by applying oil.
Before using the permanent magnet lifter, please read the manual carefully and understand the operation method before using it. If you don't understand, please contact and ask your supplier to prevent accidents.
Regularly check the flexibility of all parts of the permanent magnet lifter to ensure the flexibility of all parts of the permanent magnet lifter.
The temperature of the lifted work-piece shall not exceed 80 ℃. It is strictly prohibited to produce any vibration and impact on the work-piece, overload and walking under the work-piece.
