AlNiCo Ring Magnets

The magnet rings in this class are mainly composed of aluminum, nickel, cobalt and iron, and known as AlNiCo ring magnets. In order to improve the inherent coercivity of alnico ring magnets, copper, titanium and niobium are also added to the composition . Alnico magnet rings are famous for its excellent temperature stability and corrosion resistance. The most representative applications of alnico ring magnets include speedometer magnet, loudspeaker and infrared missile magnet.

AlNiCo Ring Magnet Types

Alnico ring magnet can be processed by two different processes: Casting and sintering. Cast alnico magnet rings can meet the needs of various sizes and shapes, while the sintering process is often limited to smaller alnico rings.  Standard sintered alnico rings have tighter dimensional tolerances and slightly lower magnetism, but have better mechanical strength than cast alnico rings.We can supply both sintered and cast AlNiCo ring magnets.
