AlNiCo Ring Magnets

The AlNiCo permanent magnet material in the form of a ring is characterized by its dimensions expressed as the outer diameter (OD), internal diameter (ID), and height (H), produced through casting and sintering. Its maximum operating temperature ranges from 525-550°C, exhibiting outstanding temperature stability and resistance to demagnetization.

Introduction of AlNiCo Ring Magnets

The composition of AlNiCo ring magnets consists mainly of aluminum, nickel, cobalt, and iron. Additional elements such as copper, titanium, and niobium may also be included to improve their inherent coercivity. They are widely recognized for their exceptional resistance to temperature fluctuations and corrosion. AlNiCo ring magnets find common applications in speedometer magnets, loudspeakers, and infrared missile magnets due to their durability and dependability. Consequently, they have become a go-to industry standard for various uses requiring stable and powerful magnetic fields.

AlNiCo Ring Magnet Types

AlNiCo ring magnets can be manufactured through two distinct processes, namely casting and sintering. Cast AlNiCo magnet rings are suitable for a wide range of sizes and shapes, while the sintering process is better suited for smaller AlNiCo magnets. Standard sintered AlNiCo rings have tighter dimensional tolerances and slightly lower magnetism but exhibit better mechanical strength than cast AlNiCo rings. We provide both sintered and cast AlNiCo ring magnets to cater to specific requirements. Our team comprises experienced engineering and technical personnel with advanced technology, enabling us to offer AlNiCo ring magnets for various industrial applications. Kindly contact us if you require a specific size and a quotation.
