The production of Cast AlNiCo magnets involves a traditional casting process wherein the aluminum nickel cobalt alloy with varying components is melted and poured into resin sand molds. Subsequently, it undergoes a heating and cooling process to solidify the material with a rough surface. Cast AlNiCo magnets can be divided into anisotropic and isotropic types depending upon the application of a magnetic field orientation during cooling. In cast AlNiCo magnets, anisotropy is characterized by a shape anisotropy resulting from slender Fe-Co particles arranged parallel to the magnetic field during amplitude modulation decomposition. Hence, after heat treatment, the AlNiCo material is crafted into specific geometry and tolerance.
