For example, factors such as the occasion of use, temperature, humidity, etc. will continuously lose the suction force of the powerful magnet for a long time. The installation method of the strong magnet block is also a very important factor. For example: powerful magnets of the same size, because of different grades, have different adsorption capabilities for the same attracted object. In addition, the magnets are still the same size. We also use the same brand, but the suction force we actually tested for the front and side adsorption of the same object is different. Furthermore, the size of the vertical adsorption and the horizontal installation are different.

2. The magnetic properties of strong magnets


The industry has also discussed the magnetic properties of strong magnet blocks for many years. But for special use cases, such as salt spray resistance and corrosion resistance, it will cause very large external damage to the strong magnet itself, so the magnetic force will definitely be affected, and the magnetic performance will inevitably be lost over time, so In special environments, it is necessary to select raw material products suitable for special environments and suitable electroplating protection, so as to ensure the permanent suction of magnet products.


Nickel plating is difficult. Some customers have higher requirements for salt spray resistance and acid and alkali resistance, such as 72 hours of resistance. At this time, you can choose parylene coating, which is more guaranteed. Some people still have questions, why is epoxy not recommended? Salt spray resistance for 72 hours, nickel plating and epoxy are not guaranteed. If you need to resist salt spray for 12 hours, it is recommended to use galvanized. At present, there are many kinds of electro-galvanizing, the common ones are white zinc, blue zinc, colored zinc, and black zinc. After 48 hours of salt spray, customers are generally recommended to use nickel plating. At present, the basic process of nickel plating is nickel-copper-nickel, conventional plating.
